The Lotter "guarantee" to you "refund" for the first purchase if you are not satisfied. But they didnt! I had tried my best to reach my refund but nothing happens. The ignore you, said some reasons why the cant do what they promise on web-page, etc. So, if this simple job for them a trouble, I dont know what happens if you win. May be they will not give you a money. So, do not play through this service!

Its ok but the retrieval of the latest update is weak ..

Sometimes the credit card processing gets stuck in a continuous process loop. No confirmation page is served, but later you do get an email confirmation after your credit card is double-charged. The system should allow for cancelling a transaction within 5 minutes should an error like this occur. Even though I immediately contacted TheLotter, they said the ticket had already been physically purchased or already scanned. I doubt it. So, I paid $15 twice for the same powerball tickets.

Need to allow more access or use by USA citizens in credit card or etf

Its awesome to be able to purchase a ticket to ANY lottery in the world. But when you try to purchase a ticket directly via the app. It will say LOTTERY IS NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR AREA. Got to be kidding right? So if youre buying a ticket, you will have go directly to the website. THAT DOESNT WORK. WHATEVER... If they dont fix this issue anytime soon. Im deleting this app.
